Cooking Directions
Make the Pasta
In a large bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and salt. Create a well in the center and crack the eggs into it. Gradually mix the flour into the eggs until a dough forms.
Knead the Dough
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth. Wrap in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Roll and Cut the Pasta
After resting, divide the dough into four pieces. Roll out each piece to your desired thickness and cut into spaghetti shapes.
Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti for 3-4 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Combine Sauce Ingredients
Add crushed tomatoes, basil, oregano, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve
Toss the cooked spaghetti with the sauce in the skillet. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
