Cooking Instructions

1

Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2

Make the Cheese Sauce

In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk together to form a roux. Cook for about 2 minutes until lightly golden.

3

Add Milk and Cheese

Gradually whisk in the milk, continuing to stir until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar and Gruyère cheese until melted. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

4

Combine Pasta and Lobster

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cheese sauce, and chopped lobster meat. Stir gently to combine.

5

Prepare for Baking

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the lobster mac and cheese mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the top with bread crumbs.

6

Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

7

Serve

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your Lobstah Mac!
