3 tacos with diced ahi tuna in crispy wonton shells, guacamole & sesame soy dipping sauce
In a bowl, combine diced ahi tuna, lime juice, chopped green onion, sesame oil, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
In a bowl, mash the ripe avocado with lime juice, salt, and chopped cilantro until smooth. Set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame seeds, honey, and rice vinegar until well combined.
In a pot, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Once hot, gently press wonton wrappers into the oil to form shells and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 1-2 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Fill each crispy wonton shell with the ahi tuna mixture and top with a dollop of guacamole.
