Crisp bacon, cheddar, roasted garlic aioli, lettuce & tomato. Substitute grilled chicken breast with no spice
Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. Rub the chicken breasts with blackening seasoning on both sides.
Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from heat and let rest.
In a skillet, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel to drain excess fat.
Spread roasted garlic aioli on the bottom half of the burger buns. Place the cooked chicken breast on top, followed by bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, and tomato. Top with the other half of the bun.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, roasted garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
