Ingredients for Baby Back Ribs

Preparation

Cooking Instructions

1. Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Rinse the baby back ribs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better flavor absorption.

2. Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Rub this seasoning mixture evenly over the ribs.

3. Braise the Ribs

Place the seasoned ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cover tightly with another piece of foil and bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, until tender.

4. Prepare the BBQ Glaze

In a small saucepan, combine Moxies BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and honey. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is warm and well combined.

5. Glaze the Ribs

Remove the ribs from the oven, uncover and brush generously with the BBQ glaze. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and return the ribs to the oven, baking uncovered for an additional 15-20 minutes, until the glaze is caramelized.

6. Serve

Remove from the oven, allow to rest for a few minutes, then slice between the bones and serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
