Method

Brownie Base

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.

2

Melt Butter and Chocolate

In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and white chocolate chips together, stirring frequently until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

3

Mix Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and chocolate mixture with granulated sugar. Stir until well combined.

4

Add Eggs and Vanilla

Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

5

Incorporate Dry Ingredients

Sift the flour and salt together, then fold this mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.

6

Bake

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

7

Cool

Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before cutting into squares.

Warm Chocolate Sauce

8

Prepare Chocolate Sauce

In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Stir continuously until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.

9

Add Butter

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the butter until melted and incorporated.
