Cordial & garnish
Method
Prepare glass & garnish
Build the spritz
Pour 0.5 tablespoon Liber & Co. Blood Orange Cordial into the glass and swirl briefly over the ice to chill and distribute the syrup.
Add 4 fl oz Mionetto Aperitivo Alcohol Free to the glass.
Slowly pour 3 fl oz chilled Mionetto Alcohol Removed Sparkling Wine over the back of a spoon or down the side of the glass to preserve effervescence and create a layered look.
Top with 1 fl oz Fever-Tree Club Soda to taste for brightness and a touch of dilution—pour gently.
Take the orange twist or segment and gently squeeze over the drink to release oils, then drop the twist or the wheel into the glass as garnish. Optionally slap a mint sprig between your palms and rest it on the rim or in the drink for an aromatic accent.
Give the drink one gentle stir (1–2 turns) with a bar spoon to integrate the cordial and Aperitivo, being careful not to over-stir so you retain sparkle.
Serve immediately with a small straw or cocktail pick for the garnish.
