Method

Cocktail

1

Chill glass

Place a martini/coupe glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes or fill it with ice water while you mix the cocktail to ensure the drink stays cold.

2

Combine ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz Absolut Lime, 0.75 oz peach liqueur, 1 oz pomegranate juice, 0.5 oz fresh lime juice, and 0.25 oz Cointreau (if using). If you prefer a sweeter drink, add 0.25 oz simple syrup.

3

Add ice and shake

Fill the shaker with ice (about 1 cup). Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds, until the outside of the shaker is frosty and well chilled.

4

Prepare glass

If you used ice water to chill the glass, discard the ice/water and dry the glass. Optionally, rim the glass lightly with a lime wedge and dip into pomegranate seeds for a subtle texture and visual pop.

5

Double strain and serve

Using a Hawthorne strainer (and a fine mesh strainer if you want to remove any small ice shards or pulp), strain the cocktail into the chilled martini/coupe glass.

Garnish

6

Float or thread 1 tsp pomegranate seeds into the drink or scatter them on top for a jewel-like appearance. Finish with a lime wheel or a lime twist on the rim.

7

Serve immediately. The Woo Woo Tini is best enjoyed cold and fresh.
