Place the Jackson-Triggs Pinot Grigio in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. If you need it chilled quickly, submerge the bottle in an ice-and-water bucket for 20–30 minutes.

Chill the wine

If using lemon slices and mint, rinse and pat dry. Slice the lemon into 4 thin rounds and pick 4 fresh mint sprigs. Optionally add a few ice cubes to the glasses or a wine pitcher just before serving to avoid over-dilution.

Prepare glassware and garnishes

Carefully remove the foil and uncork or twist open the bottle. Hold the bottle at the base and pour slowly into chilled white wine glasses, filling each about one-third to one-half full to allow aroma appreciation. One 750 ml bottle yields approximately 5 standard 5-oz servings.

Open and pour

Add a lemon slice to the rim or float in the glass and tuck a mint sprig beside it if desired. Serve immediately—Pinot Grigio is best enjoyed cold and fresh.

Garnish and serve

Fill a wine glass halfway with chilled Jackson-Triggs Pinot Grigio (about 4 oz). Top with 2–3 oz (about 1/4 cup) sparkling water for a light spritz. Gently stir once with a bar spoon to combine. Add a few peach slices or a cucumber ribbon and a mint sprig for extra aroma and presentation.
