Method
Base
Prepare glass
Fill a highball glass or Collins glass about three-quarters full with ice cubes to chill the glass.
Pour 2 oz Absolut vodka over the ice.
Top with 4 oz chilled club soda, pouring gently to preserve carbonation.
If you want the drink slightly sweeter, stir in up to 0.25 oz simple syrup and stir gently once with a bar spoon.
Option A — Bellini Boost
Measure 0.25 oz Bellini syrup or peach puree and gently pour it into the glass. The small quantity will add peach aroma without overpowering the soda.
Give the drink a very gentle stir (1–2 turns) so the Bellini blends but keeps a slight layered look if desired.
Garnish with a thin peach slice or a small orange twist if available.
Option B — Lime Slush (low-cal)
If using lime slush concentrate, measure 0.5 oz and add it to the glass. If using an already-made light lime slush, spoon or pour about 0.5 oz worth so it floats in the soda for a slushy burst.
Gently stir once to incorporate a bit of the lime into the soda but keep some slushy texture.
Squeeze the fresh lime wedge over the drink and drop it in as garnish.
Finish & Serve
Top with a mint sprig if using and give the drink a final gentle stir to lift aromatics.
Serve immediately with a straw and a small stirring spoon so the guest can re-mix the Bellini or lime slush as desired.
