Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Harvest the Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir grapes at optimal ripeness to ensure quality.

Gently press the harvested grapes to extract the juice, separating the juice from the skins.

Ferment the juice from the grapes separately at controlled temperatures for about 2-3 weeks.

Blend the wines from the different grape varieties to create the base wine for the Cuvée.

Add sugar and yeast to the blended base wine and bottle it. Allow the wine to undergo secondary fermentation in the bottle for 12-18 months.

After aging, remove the sediment from the bottles by freezing the necks and disgorging the frozen plug.

Add liqueur d'expédition to adjust the sweetness of the wine before corking.

Cork the bottles and ensure they are securely sealed for aging.
