Cooking Instructions
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the Spaghetti
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, zucchini, and garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, sautéed vegetables, marinara sauce, beaten egg, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well to combine.
Transfer to Baking Dish
Transfer the spaghetti mixture to a greased pie dish or a round baking dish. Spread evenly.
Top with Cheese
Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top of the spaghetti mixture.
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Garnish and Serve
Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and then garnish with chopped parsley before slicing and serving.
