Method
Prep the Glass

Salt the rim
Rub the lime wedge around the outer rim of a chilled rocks or coupe glass. Pour the coarse salt or Tajín onto a small plate and dip the rim into the salt to coat. Set the glass aside.
Build & Shake

Add ice to a cocktail shaker until about halfway full (roughly 1 cup).

Measure and pour 2 oz Almave Ámbar (amber agave spirit), 1 oz fresh lime juice, 1.5 oz pineapple juice, 0.5 oz agave syrup, and 0.25 oz orange syrup or a splash of fresh orange juice into the shaker.

Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds, until the shaker is cold and well-chilled.

If you prefer a lighter, fizzier drink (optional), top with 1 oz club soda and gently stir once to combine.

Garnish with a thin pineapple slice or a pineapple leaf and a lime wheel or wedge on the rim.
