Prepare & Build
Fill the chilled glass with ice to the top. Use cubed or crushed ice based on preference.
Pour 2 oz Malibu Passion Fruit Rum, 2 oz cranberry juice, and 1.5 oz pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker or pint glass.
Add 0.5 oz fresh lime juice and 0.25 oz simple syrup to the shaker. Simple syrup is optional if you prefer a tarter drink; honey syrup can be used as an alternative.
Add a few ice cubes to the shaker, then gently shake for 6–8 seconds to chill and combine the juices and rum. You want the mix chilled but not overly diluted.
Strain the shaken mixture into the prepared ice-filled glass.
Finish & Garnish
Top the drink with 3 oz ginger beer. Pour slowly over the back of a spoon or down the side of the glass to create a gentle layered fizz and preserve some effervescence.
Give the drink one gentle stir (1–2 rotations) to integrate the ginger beer with the fruit-ruin base without flattening the bubbles.
Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim, a slice of fresh ginger tucked into the glass (optional for extra aroma), and 2–3 fresh cranberries or frozen berries floated on top.
Serve immediately with a straw and a short phrase: Savor every sip. Feel the breeze.
