Directions
Prepare the Strawberry Puree
In a blender, add fresh strawberries and blend until smooth. If desired, add a tablespoon of sugar for sweetness. Strain through a fine mesh sieve if you prefer a smoother texture.
Mix the Drink
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Tito's Handmade Vodka, 1 cup of strawberry puree, and 1 cup of fresh lemonade. Add ice cubes to the shaker.
Shake Well
Secure the lid on the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well mixed and chilled.
Garnish
Garnish the drink with fresh mint leaves and a lemon slice on the rim of the glass.
