Strawberry Shake

100% Glera aka declassified Prosecco. bright, crisp & chiseled

Begin by carefully harvesting ripe Glera grapes from the vineyard. Ensure they are free from any rot or damage.

Harvesting Grapes

Crush the harvested grapes to extract the juice. This can be done using a wine press.

Crushing Grapes

Transfer the grape juice into a fermentation vessel and add the yeast. Stir gently to combine.

Fermentation Setup

Dissolve the sugar in 500 ml of water and add it to the fermentation vessel. This will help in achieving the desired alcohol content.

Adding Sugar

Allow the mixture to ferment for about 2-3 weeks at a controlled temperature of 18-20°C. Check regularly for bubbles, indicating fermentation.

Fermentation Process

Once fermentation is complete, add the lemon zest and green apple juice to the mixture. Stir gently to infuse the flavors.

Flavoring Addition

Carefully siphon the wine into clean bottles, leaving some space at the top. Seal the bottles with corks.

Bottling

Allow the bottles to sit for an additional 2 months to develop carbonation and enhance flavors.

Secondary Fermentation

Chill the bottles in the refrigerator before serving. Pour into flutes for a refreshing drink.
