Bottled Water (591 ml)

Method

Bottled Water (591 ml)

1

Prepare bottle

If using a reusable bottle, wash the bottle and cap with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, then sanitize by wiping or rinsing with a food-grade sanitizer solution (use approximately 5 ml mixed per manufacturer instructions) and allow to air dry. If using a commercially sealed disposable PET bottle, simply inspect the seal to ensure it is intact.

2

Fill bottle

If you are filling the bottle yourself: place the clean bottle on a stable surface. Carefully pour 591 ml of filtered water into the bottle, leaving a small headspace (~1–2 cm) to allow for cap sealing. If using a prefilled commercial bottle, verify the volume marking or label stating 591 ml.

3

Seal bottle

Securely screw on the cap until it is firmly closed to prevent leaks and contamination. If the bottle is disposable and originally sealed, ensure tamper-evident ring is intact prior to first opening.

4

Chill and serve (optional)

For best refreshment, chill the bottle in a refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or place in an ice bucket. If using ice, add 4 ice pieces in a glass and pour water from the bottle over the ice, or place the bottle in ice to cool. Serve cold or at desired temperature.

5

Storage

Store sealed bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, consume within 24 hours for best freshness and refrigerate if not finished immediately.
