Bottled Mineral Water

Method

Serve San Pellegrino

1

Chill bottle

If the bottle is not already chilled, place the 1 L San Pellegrino in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or immerse in an ice bath for 20–30 minutes until cold (about 6–8°C / 43–46°F).

2

Prepare glass

Select a tall chilled glass (highball) or water glass. If using ice, add 4–6 fresh ice cubes to the glass. Note: adding ice is optional and will slightly dilute the water as it melts.

3

Open bottle

Hold the bottle upright and gently twist the cap to open. Avoid shaking to preserve carbonation.

4

Pour

Tilt the glass slightly and pour slowly to minimize foaming. Fill the glass to the desired level, leaving some headspace to retain effervescence.

5

Garnish (optional)

If desired, add a lemon wedge to the rim or squeeze a small amount of lemon into the glass for a bright citrus note. Stir gently once if lemon is added.

6

Serve

Serve immediately to enjoy maximum carbonation and freshness.
