Chop Vegetables
Wash and chop all the vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Make sure to julienne the carrots and slice the bell pepper and zucchini thinly for even cooking.

Prepare Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water until smooth. This will be your stir-fry sauce.

Heat the Pan
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of sesame oil if desired.

Add Sauce
Pour the prepared soy garlic sauce over the sautéed vegetables. Stir well to coat all the vegetables evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
Serving

Plate the Dish
Remove the skillet from heat. Transfer the vegetable stir fry to a serving platter.

Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions over the stir fry for added flavor and presentation.
