Let it Rest
Allow the seasoned steaks to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before grilling.
Grilling the Steak

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to high heat (about 450-500°F or 230-260°C).

Grill the Ribeye
Place the ribeye steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on one side. Flip the steaks and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness.

Add Fresh Rosemary
In the last minute of grilling, add fresh rosemary on top of the steaks for added flavor.

Rest the Steaks
Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Mash the Potatoes
Add butter, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper to the drained potatoes. Mash until smooth and creamy, adjusting the seasoning to taste.
