Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a shallow dish, combine the salmon fillets with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Turn to coat the fillets evenly. Let marinate for 15-20 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill. Grill for about 4-6 minutes per side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and has grill marks.

  4. 4

    Serve with Lemon Wedges

Remove the salmon from the grill and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.

Making the Lemon Butter Sauce

  1. 5

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter.

  2. 6

    Add Garlic and Lemon Juice

Once the butter is melted, add minced garlic and fresh lemon juice. Stir well and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. 7

    Season the Sauce

Stir in chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper to taste. Remove from heat and set aside.

Preparing the Seasonal Vegetables

  1. 8

    Toss the Vegetables

In a large bowl, combine the asparagus, bell peppers, and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat.

  2. 9

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill alongside the salmon. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
