Greens & Ginger (12 oz / ~355 ml)

Method

Greens & Ginger (12 oz / ~355 ml)

1

Prepare produce

Wash all greens, apple, cucumber and celery thoroughly. Remove kale stems and pack leaves. Core the apple and cut into pieces that fit your juicer or blender chute. Peel the ginger and cut into small slices. Halve the lemon and set aside for juicing.

2

Cold-press or centrifugal juicer method

If using a cold-press (masticating) juicer: feed ingredients in the following order for best yield—cucumber, celery, apple, kale, spinach, ginger—and finish with a small piece of apple to push through. If using a centrifugal juicer: alternate soft and harder items (greens with apple/cucumber) to help extraction.

3

Blender + fine straining method

If you don't have a juicer: combine kale, spinach, chopped apple, cucumber, celery, ginger, lemon juice and 2 tablespoons cold water in a high-speed blender. Blend on high 45–60 seconds until smooth. Pour through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag over a bowl and press/ squeeze until only dry pulp remains.

4

Finish and chill

Stir juice, taste and adjust lemon if needed. Add ice if serving immediately. For best flavor and nutrient retention, consume within 24–48 hours refrigerated in an airtight bottle.

Sweet Citrus (12 oz / ~355 ml)

5

Prepare citrus

Peel and segment the oranges and grapefruit removing as much pith as possible. Scrub the carrot and trim ends; cut to fit your juicer or roughly chop for blender. Peel fresh turmeric and slice thinly. If using honey/agave, measure and have ready.

6

Juicing

For cold-press juicer: feed carrot first, then citrus segments, and finish with a small citrus piece to push any remaining juice. For centrifugal juicer: alternate carrot and citrus pieces. If using a blender: add orange, cara cara, grapefruit segments, chopped carrot, turmeric and 1 tablespoon water; blend until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag.

7

Sweeten and adjust

Taste the juice. If you prefer sweeter, stir in up to 1 teaspoon honey or agave until dissolved. Add remaining tablespoon water to reach a smooth, drinkable consistency if too viscous.

8

Serve

Chill with ice or refrigerate immediately. Consume within 24–48 hours in an airtight container for optimal freshness.

Strawberry Wellness (12 oz / ~355 ml)

9

Prepare ingredients

Hull and rinse strawberries. Core the apple and chop to fit your equipment. Rinse mint leaves. If using chia, soak 1 teaspoon in 2 tablespoons water for 10 minutes before adding.

10

Juice or blend

Cold-press juicer: feed strawberries and apple alternating to maximize extraction, finish with mint leaves. Blender: combine strawberries, apple, lemon juice, mint and 2 tablespoons cold water; blend until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag for a clear juice. For a pulpy wellness style, reserve some of the blended pulp and stir back in.

11

Additions and texture

Stir in soaked chia seeds if using for body and added nutrition. Taste and add a touch more lemon if needed to balance sweetness.

12

Chill and store

Serve over ice or bottle and refrigerate. Consume within 24–48 hours in an airtight container for best taste and nutrient quality.
