Method

Preparation

1

Prepare Chicken Fingers

Cut the chicken breast into strips. In one bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. In another bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, add breadcrumbs. Dip each chicken strip first in the flour mixture, then in the eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

2

Fry Chicken

In a deep skillet or frying pan, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the coated chicken strips in batches and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

3

Prepare Fries

While the chicken is frying, peel and cut the potatoes into fry shapes. Rinse under cold water and pat dry. In another frying pan, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat. Fry the potato strips until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

4

Season Fries

Sprinkle the fries with salt and black pepper while they are still hot.
