Preparation Instructions
Prepare the Ingredients
Chop the red onion finely and set aside. If using smoked chicken, shred it into bite-sized pieces. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Assemble the Nachos
On a large baking sheet, spread out the tortilla chips in an even layer. Top the chips with the baked beans, followed by the smoked pulled pork or chicken.
Add Cheese and Toppings
Drizzle the nacho cheese sauce over the top, then sprinkle with chopped red onions and pickled jalapenos.
Bake the Nachos
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve
Serve the Moe Nachos hot and enjoy with extra BBQ sauce on the side if desired.
