Method

Prepare the Wings

1

Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, and baking powder. Whisk until well mixed.

2

Prepare Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.

3

Coat the Wings

Dip each boneless chicken wing first into the wet mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then coat thoroughly in the dry mixture. Place coated wings on a wire rack or a plate.

Fry the Wings

4

Heat Oil

In a deep fryer or large heavy pot, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

5

Fry Wings

Carefully add the coated wings in batches to the hot oil. Fry for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Use a slotted spoon to remove wings and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Hot Sauce

6

Mix Sauce Ingredients

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the cayenne pepper, brown sugar, garlic powder, paprika, vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, honey, and vinegar. Stir until the sugar dissolves and the sauce is heated through.

7

Coat Wings with Sauce

In a large bowl, toss the fried wings in the hot sauce until evenly coated.

Serve

8

Garnish and Serve

Plate the wings and garnish with pickles, celery sticks, and blue cheese dressing. Enjoy your Nashville Hot Boneless Wings!
