For the Wazuzu Sauce

For the Stir-Fry

Method

Prepare the Wazuzu Sauce

1

Mix the Sauce

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red chili flakes. Whisk until well blended and set aside.

Stir-Fry the Vegetables

2

Heat the Oil

In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

3

Cook the Tofu

Add cubed tofu to the skillet and sauté until golden brown on all sides. Remove tofu and set aside.

4

Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

5

Combine and Serve

Add the cooked tofu back into the skillet along with the Wazuzu sauce. Stir well to combine and heat through. Serve over cooked rice and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
