Preparation of Vegetables

    Prepare Carrots

    Wash and peel the carrots. Cut them into sticks or rounds, depending on your preference. Place them in a bowl.

    Prepare Celery

    Wash the celery stalks and cut them into 3-4 inch pieces. Arrange them in the bowl with the carrots.

    Prepare Bell Peppers

    Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds, and cut them into strips or bite-sized pieces. Add to the bowl.

    Prepare Cherry Tomatoes

    Rinse the cherry tomatoes under cold water and add them whole to the bowl.

    Prepare Cucumber

    Wash the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise, and then slice it into half-moon shapes. Place it in the bowl.

    Prepare Radishes

    Wash and trim the radishes, then cut them in half or leave them whole. Add to the vegetable bowl.

Preparation of Dips

    Prepare Hummus

    Open the container of hummus and place it in a small serving bowl.

    Prepare Ranch Dressing

    Open the bottle of ranch dressing and pour it into another small serving bowl.

    Prepare Guacamole

    Open the container of guacamole and place it in a third small serving bowl.

Assembly

    Assemble the Vegetable Tray

    Arrange the prepared vegetables on a large platter or tray. Place the bowls of dips in the center or on the side of the tray for easy access.

    Serve immediately, allowing guests to enjoy dipping their vegetables into the assorted dips.
