Prepare the Asparagus
Trim the ends of the asparagus and rinse under cold water. Set aside.

Prepare the Lobster Tail
Using kitchen scissors, cut down the center of the lobster shell to expose the meat. Gently pull the meat out while keeping it attached at the base.

Marinate the Steak
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture over the filet mignon and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Filet Mignon
In a hot skillet over medium-high heat, sear the filet mignon for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Adjust cooking time based on desired doneness.

Blanch the Asparagus
In a pot of boiling water, blanch the asparagus for 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and immediately plunge into ice water to stop cooking.
