Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Start by cleaning the shrimp if not already done. Slice the andouille sausage into rounds. Cut the corn into halves and halve the small potatoes.

Cooking

  1. 2

    Boil the Water

In a large pot, bring 4 quarts of water to a boil over high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of salt and 3 tablespoons of Old Bay seasoning to the boiling water.

  2. 3

    Cook the Potatoes

Once the water is boiling, add the halved potatoes to the pot. Boil for about 10 minutes or until they are fork-tender.

  3. 4

    Add Corn and Sausage

After the potatoes have cooked for 10 minutes, add the corn halves and sliced andouille sausage to the pot. Continue boiling for another 5 minutes.

  4. 5

    Add Shrimp

Finally, add the shrimp to the pot. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.

  5. 6

    Drain and Serve

Carefully drain the contents of the pot into a colander to remove the water. Serve the shrimp boil pack on a large platter or in individual bowls. Enjoy!
