Prepare the Filling

Cook the Seafood
In a skillet over medium heat, add the shrimp and crab meat. Cook until the shrimp turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Prepare the Vegetables

Sauté the Vegetables
In the same skillet, add olive oil. Once hot, add the diced zucchini and sliced mushrooms. Sauté for about 5 minutes until softened. Add the peas and halved cherry tomatoes, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes. Stir in the chopped basil and remove from heat.
Make the Sauce

Prepare the White Wine Garlic Sauce
In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes, allowing it to reduce slightly. Stir in the heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Cook the Tortellini

Boil the Tortellini
In a large pot of boiling salted water, add the fresh tortellini. Cook according to package instructions, usually 3-5 minutes, until they float to the surface. Drain and set aside.
Combine and Serve

Mix Everything Together
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, sautéed vegetables, and seafood filling. Pour the white wine garlic sauce over the mixture and gently toss to combine.

Plate the shrimp and crab tortellini and garnish with additional fresh basil if desired. Enjoy warm!
