Crust Preparation
- 1
Crush the Oreo Cookies
In a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Ensure there are no large chunks.
- 2
Mix with Butter
In a mixing bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs with melted unsalted butter. Mix until the crumbs are fully coated and the mixture resembles wet sand.

Chill the Crust
Place the crust in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
Filling Preparation
- 5
Soften the Ice Cream
Remove the gourmet ice cream from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes to soften slightly for easier spreading.
- 6
Layer the Peanut Butter
Spread the peanut butter evenly over the chilled Oreo crust, creating an even layer.
- 7
Add the Ice Cream
Spoon the softened ice cream over the peanut butter layer and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- 8
Drizzle with Fudge
Drizzle half of the fudge sauce over the ice cream layer in a swirling pattern.

Add Honey Roasted Peanuts
Sprinkle the honey roasted peanuts evenly over the fudge drizzle.
- 10
Freeze the Pie
Cover the pie with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
