Preparation of Shrimp

Clean and Prepare Shrimp
Rinse the jumbo shrimp under cold water, removing any shells and tails. Pat dry with a paper towel.

Boil Shrimp
In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the cleaned shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.

Ice Bath
Remove the shrimp from boiling water and place them immediately into a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Leave for about 5 minutes.

Drain and Chill
Drain the shrimp and place them on a plate. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Preparation of Cocktail Sauce

Mix Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Stir well to combine.

Season Sauce
Add salt and black pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning based on your preference.
Serving

Arrange the chilled shrimp on a serving platter. Serve with the cocktail sauce and lemon wedges on the side.
