Method
Grilled Chicken Sandwich
- 1
Prepare Chicken
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture.
- 2
Grill Chicken
Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- 3
Assemble Sandwich
Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes. Slice the tomato. On the bottom bun, spread mayonnaise, place the lettuce, followed by the grilled chicken, and then the tomato slice. Top with the other half of the bun.
Fries
- 4
Prepare Potatoes
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to resemble fries.
- 5
Season Fries
In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
- 6
Bake Fries
Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
