Preparing the Filet Mignon

  1. 1

    Room Temperature

Remove the filet mignon from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.

  2. 2

    Preheat Grill

Preheat your grill to high heat (about 450°F to 500°F).

  3. 3

    Season the Steak

Rub the filet mignon with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on all sides.

  4. 4

    Grill the Steak

Place the filet mignon on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is reached.

  5. 5

    Rest the Steak

Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Preparing the Roasted Potatoes

  1. 6

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. 7

    Prepare Potatoes

Wash the baby potatoes and cut them in half.

  3. 8

    Season Potatoes

In a bowl, toss the baby potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  4. 9

    Arrange on Baking Sheet

Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.

  5. 10

    Roast Potatoes

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and tender, flipping halfway through.

Preparing the Asparagus

  1. 11

    Prepare Asparagus

Wash the asparagus and trim the ends.

  2. 12

    Season Asparagus

In a bowl, toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  3. 13

    Grill Asparagus

Place the asparagus on the grill during the last 5 minutes of cooking the filet mignon, grilling them until tender and slightly charred.
