Method
Preparation of Crab Stuffing
- 1
Mix the Ingredients
In a medium mixing bowl, combine 12 oz of crab meat, 4 oz of cream cheese, 1 cup of breadcrumbs, 2 tbs of chopped green onions, 1 tbs of Dijon mustard, 1 tbs of lemon juice, 1 tsp of Old Bay seasoning, 1 tsp of garlic powder, 0.5 tsp of salt, and 0.5 tsp of black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
Prepare the Salmon
- 2
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 3
Season the Salmon
Drizzle 2 tbs of olive oil over the 4 salmon fillets. Season each fillet with 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of black pepper, ensuring even coverage.
- 4
Stuff the Salmon
Using a sharp knife, carefully cut a pocket in the side of each salmon fillet. Fill each pocket with the crab stuffing mixture, pressing gently to ensure the stuffing stays in place.

Bake the Salmon
Place the stuffed salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
