Preparation of Salad Base

Wash and Chop Lettuce
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Dry it using a salad spinner or by patting it with paper towels. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.

Grate Parmesan Cheese
Using a cheese grater, grate the parmesan cheese and set aside for topping the salad.
Making Croutons

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the gluten-free bread into small cubes.

Spread the coated bread cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Let cool.

In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
