Method

Salad Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lettuce

Wash and dry the romaine lettuce thoroughly. Chop or tear it into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Cook the Chicken

Season the grilled chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Let it rest, then slice into strips.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Salad

In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, sliced grilled chicken, Caesar dressing, and black pepper. Toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.

  4. 4

    Add Cheese and Croutons

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and croutons over the salad and toss again lightly.

Garlic Cheese Bread Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Garlic Butter

Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Mince the garlic cloves and add them to the melted butter. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, then remove from heat.

  2. 6

    Prepare the Baguette

Slice the French baguette in half lengthwise. Brush the garlic butter over both halves of the baguette.

  3. 7

    Add Cheese and Bake

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the buttered baguette. Place in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  4. 8

    Garnish with Parsley

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley before slicing into pieces.
