Method

Fish Preparation

1

Marinate the Fish

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the fish fillets and coat well. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

2

Grill the Fish

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated fish fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked through and flaky. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before chopping into bite-sized pieces.

Slaw Preparation

3

Prepare the Slaw

In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrot, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Toss to mix thoroughly and set aside to let the flavors meld.

Spicy Sauce Preparation

4

Make the Spicy Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt or sour cream, Sriracha sauce, lime juice, and minced garlic. Stir until well combined and set aside.

Assembling Tacos

5

Warm the Tortillas

Heat the corn tortillas on a dry skillet for about 30 seconds on each side, or until warm and pliable.

6

Assemble the Tacos

Place a portion of the grilled fish on each tortilla, top with slaw and drizzle with spicy sauce. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
