Shake Well
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
Top with Sparkling Grapefruit
Slowly pour the sparkling grapefruit soda over the mixture in the glass.
Garnish
Garnish with a lemon wheel and fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately.
