Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Shrimp

Rinse the jumbo tiger shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

2

Marinate the Shrimp

In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic (crushed), lime juice, salt, black pepper, and chili powder. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Cover and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.

3

Prepare the Guacamole

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth or leave it chunky if preferred.

4

Mix in Guacamole Ingredients

Finely chop the red onion, tomato, and cilantro. Add these ingredients to the mashed avocado. Season with salt to taste and mix until well combined.

5

Cook the Shrimp

Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque.

6

Serve

Plate the cooked shrimp and serve alongside the guacamole. Enjoy with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
