1. Prepare the Yogurt Mixture
In a mixing bowl, add 2 cups of yogurt and 1 cup of water.
2. Blend Ingredients
Using a whisk or a blender, mix the yogurt and water until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
3. Season the Lassi
Add 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of cumin powder to the yogurt mixture. Mix well until the seasonings are fully incorporated.
4. Add Fresh Mint
Finely chop 2 tbs of fresh mint leaves and stir them into the lassi for added flavor.
5. Serve Chilled
