For the Kofta
Prepare the Kofta Mixture
In a mixing bowl, combine the paneer, boiled and mashed potatoes, grated carrot, chopped coriander leaves, garam masala, cornflour, and salt.

Mix all the ingredients until well combined. Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into round balls or koftas.
For the Gravy
Make the Sauce
Pour in the tomato puree and cook for about 10-12 minutes until the oil separates from the mixture. Add garam masala and salt, stirring well.
Finish the Gravy
Add heavy cream and water to the pan, mixing until well combined. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Combine Koftas and Gravy
Gently place the fried koftas in the gravy and let them rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
