Quiche Preparation

1

Prepare the Spinach

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the fresh spinach and sauté until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.

2

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

3

Prepare the Egg Mixture

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg until well combined.

4

Combine Ingredients

Stir in the sautéed spinach, aged parmesan, and swiss cheese into the egg mixture until evenly distributed.

5

Fill the Pie Crust

Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust and spread it evenly.

6

Bake the Quiche

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.

7

Cool and Serve

Allow the quiche to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
