Caesar Base

Signature Spices & Seasoning

Method

Caesar Base

1

Combine liquids

In a pitcher, pour 2 cups Mott's Clamato and 1 cup cold water. Stir gently to combine.

2

Add flavorings

Add 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish, 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon hot sauce to the pitcher. Whisk or stir until horseradish is evenly dispersed.

Signature Spices & Seasoning

3

Season and adjust

Add 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon celery salt, and 1 teaspoon kosher salt to the pitcher. Stir thoroughly, then taste and adjust: add more hot sauce for heat, more horseradish for bite, or more lemon for brightness.

4

Chill

Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld. If you need it immediately, add ice to the serving glasses instead of the pitcher.

Rim & Garnish

5

Prepare glass rims

Rub a lime wedge around the rim of each serving glass. Dip the rim into the coarse celery or seasoned salt spread on a small plate to coat evenly.

6

Assemble

Fill each rimmed glass with ice. Pour the chilled Non-Alc Caesar into glasses, leaving a little room at the top. Garnish each drink with a celery stalk and a lime wedge. Optionally spear a pickled asparagus or green bean on a cocktail pick and add as an extra garnish.

7

Final adjust and serve

Taste the finished drink and, if desired, add a small pinch of salt or a few drops of hot sauce to individual glasses to customize. Serve immediately.
