1

Prepare glass

Chill a coupe or martini glass by filling it with ice and a little water. Let sit while you mix the cocktail.

2

Measure and combine

In a cocktail shaker add 2 oz Gin Empress, 0.75 oz Grand Marnier, 0.5 oz St‑Germain, 0.75 oz freshly squeezed lime juice, 0.5 oz cranberry juice and 0.25 oz simple syrup.

3

Add ice and shake

Fill the shaker with plenty of ice (enough to chill quickly). Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds, until the shaker is very cold and slightly frosted.

4

Prepare serving glass

Discard the ice and water from the chilled coupe or martini glass and, if desired, rub the rim lightly with a lime wedge for a subtle aromatic accent.

5

Double strain and serve

Double strain the cocktail (using the shaker’s built‑in strainer and a fine mesh strainer) into the chilled glass to remove ice shards and any pulp for a silky texture and clear presentation.

6

Garnish

Express the oils of an orange twist over the drink by holding the twist over the glass and pinching to release the zest oils, then drop the twist into the drink. Optionally float an edible flower or a thin lime wheel for an elegant finish.

7

Enjoy

Serve immediately while cold. The Empress gin will give a violet hue that pairs with the floral St‑Germain and orange notes from the Grand Marnier for a balanced sweet‑tart Cosmopolitan variation.
