Cocktail

Method

Prepare glass

1

Rim the glass

Run the lime wedge around the outside rim of a rocks or margarita glass (the lime will moisten the rim). Spread the coarse salt on a small plate and press the moistened rim into the salt to coat. Set the glass aside.

Make cocktail

2

Combine ingredients

Add ice to a cocktail shaker (about 1 cup). Pour in 2 oz Olmeca Altos Plata tequila, 1 oz blue Curaçao, 1 oz fresh lime juice and 0.5 oz agave syrup (omit if you prefer a tarter drink).

3

Shake

Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until the exterior of the shaker is well chilled and slightly frosty.

4

Strain

Fill the prepared glass with fresh ice (if desired). Strain the shaken cocktail into the glass over ice.

Garnish & serve

5

Garnish with the lime wheel or wedge on the rim. Serve immediately.
