Build the drink
Fill a large wine glass (or an old-fashioned glass) about three-quarters full with ice cubes.

Pour 3 tablespoons Aperol over the ice.

Add 3 tablespoons chilled Prosecco. Pour gently so the bubbles are preserved.

Top with 1 tablespoon chilled soda water. Adjust soda to taste if you prefer a lighter fizz.

Stir gently once or twice with a bar spoon to combine; avoid vigorous stirring to keep carbonation.
