Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Noodles

Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2

Chop the Vegetables

Thinly slice the carrots, onion, and bell pepper. Chop the scallions and rinse the snow peas.

3

Stir-fry the Vegetables

In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the carrots, onion, bell pepper, snow peas, and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

4

Combine Everything

Add the cooked egg noodles to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour the Lo Mein sauce over the mixture and toss everything together until well combined and heated through, about 3-4 minutes.

5

Garnish and Serve

Top the Lo Mein with chopped scallions and serve hot.
