Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Wings

Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings. Season with salt and black pepper.

2

Make the Gochujang Glaze

In a bowl, mix together gochujang, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and minced ginger until well combined.

3

Coat the Wings

In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with half of the gochujang glaze until they are evenly coated.

4

Bake the Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the coated wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.

5

Glaze and Broil

Remove the wings from the oven and brush with the remaining gochujang glaze. Broil on high for an additional 5 minutes for extra caramelization.

6

Garnish and Serve

Remove from the oven, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and sliced scallions. Serve hot.
