Prepare the Rim
In a shallow dish, combine pineapple juice and sea salt. Dip the rim of a glass into the pineapple juice, then into the sea salt to coat the rim evenly.

Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Olmeca tequila, triple sec, jalapeno pineapple cordial, and simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass with the pineapple sea salt rim. Serve immediately and enjoy!
